Daylong Contemplative Retreat in New York City: Taught by Zenshin Florence Caplow

  • All Souls NYC 1157 Lexington Avenue New York, NY, 10075 United States (map)

In this retreat we will playfully explore a few of the Zen stories of The Hidden Lamp: Stories from Twenty-Five Centuries of Awakened Women, through writing, meditation, and mindful conversation. We will particularly focus on stories of ecodharma and stories that can show us how to meet the difficulties of this time with courage and clarity. No background in meditation or Zen is necessary–all are welcome.

Retreat size is limited. There will be a one-hour lunch break. To register, email Rebecca Izuchokwu at rebecca@allsoulsnyc.org. Offerings are suggested and gratefully received.
