“Glory Be To Diversity” at Two Rivers UU, Online and In Person

  • Third Street Community Center 520 South 3rd Street Carbondale, CO, 81623 United States (map)

I will be speaking remotely on the topic “Glory Be To Diversity” in-person and online at Two Rivers UU at 10 am Mountain Time. To watch live online, please go to the live broadcast at the Two Rivers UU Facebook Page. The service video is also archived on the same page. I will be speaking regularly on the first Sunday of the month.

Service Description: As Unitarian Universalists, we come from many religious traditions - Christian and Jewish, Muslim and Pagan, Atheist and Buddhist, to name a few. Together, across those differences, “we can make such sweet harmony,”. In nature, greater diversity can create greater resilience, although in the human world, differences can evoke fear and even violence against those who are “different”. In this first service on our December theme of “Pluralism” we will celebrate diversity and pluralism - and we will have a little fun along the way.
